Full list of Southwest Conference (SWC) regular season men’s basketball champions, including head coach, by year. Parenthesis indicate number of titles for that coach or school. The Southwest Conference was active from 1914-15 through the 1995-96 season and, along with the Big Eight, was a predecessor to the Big 12. Texas and Arkansas were the programs with the most titles (22 each), followed by SMU (13) and Texas A&M (11).
